Our phones and TV etc connect to the wifi and have no issues but my laptop (Mac) connects to wifi but says 'No Internet' and my work laptop (Windows) connects but drops out regularly. My work laptop also uses a VPN so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.

Hi, May I know the model number of your windows laptop?

It is suggested to disable the "Mesh Tecgnology" on the Deco APP.

For the MacBook,, did it help if you try to forget the current network and connect to Deco again?

Please also check whether the MacBook was accidentally added into the "Block List".

After that, please refer to this link to change the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8:
