Hello,

 

I have three X55 installed in Wifi-mode behind a Router.
In general everything is working fine.

I get informed every week about a new report, but the report is very poor and only shows how often I scanned my network.
But at some time I was able to see traffic information in the Deco App with complete used data of a month / week and also at which time and which device. (see attachement)

This would be very useful for me. How to get this traffic informations ?

I don't want to purchase additional services, but anyhow the offered services as child protection or security services doesn't seem to offer this possibility.

Deco X50 is not supposed to display the data usage per device, at least now. Later it is planned to add data usage per device into the reports.

The reported issuse here is quite like the following case:

I have submitted the APP-log by mail

 

When Deco X55 (or X50) are not designed to show the detailed network traffic, I'm wondering why I could see it in the past (when following the report-notification)
You're right, the linked issue seems to be pretty much the same.

Hi, Thanks for the logs.

The data usage interface in the report has been reserved for further optimization, but it has not been fully developed yet, so it should be hidden for now. However, the reports-notification triggers the relevant data information interface prematurely, allowing users to view the data usage per device. Unfortunately, if users navigate to More>Reports, this information is currently unavailable.
