Your TL-WA850RE DHCP server is turned off in the current configuration. You won't be able to connect to the TL-WA850RE if it's not connected to the main router.

To access the TL-WA850RE (192.168.0.254) connect to its LAN port with a PC (with static IP address - 192.168.0.252).

Open a web browser and point it to http://192.168.0.254 to get to the TL-WA850RE WebGUI and login.

If that still doesn't work for you, I would reset the TL-WA850RE - press the reset button for about 10 seconds and start from scratch using the directions I posted.

Look at my post $4 the RE gateway IP address is your main router LAN IP address, i..e 192.168.0.1 (if you use the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet).

Once you set the RE with static IP address successfully, switch its DHCP server to Off.

When you configure the RE successfully and everything works as expected make a configuration back - details.

Thus, if anyone reset your RE, you'll always be able to restore its configuration to the current using the backup file.

What happens is that the technician factory reset the main Router again, now the IP that appears before configuring the LAN of the Repeater, this appears:

That means the technician changed your router LAN IP address subnet to 192.168.1.0/24, i.e your router has LAN IP address 192.168.1.254.

Do you have access to your router web management - it's important to know what's its DHCP server pool range in this case.

I don't have access to the web administration of my router, but I do know that the ipv4 address of my main router connected to a PC is 192.168.1.54 and the default gateway is 192.168.1.254

If you don't have access to your router web management use the following IP address for the RE 192.168.1.253 (Direccion IP).
