Setting up this modem and nbn connected but and can access internet via Ethernet but can't connect to more than one device.  DSL light or internet light has never come on and when I try to set up via tether my phone won't find the modem.  I have tried resetting the WAN and turning everything off and replacing everything in.  My ISP says they can't help and I need to contact tp link
