No 240 mhz channel width option

I have a few issues and questions. I've tried several Deco models and settled on the BE85. I have two of them. I have tried AP mode and currently in router mode.
My questions/issues:
1. I only have 80 MHz and 160 MHz channel width options for 5 GHz. I live in Canada. Is 240 MHz not available here?
2. DECO app on Google Pixel is terrible. It constantly disconnects if I go away from the app. I have restart app to get connected and updated data. This isn't the case on iOS with my IPad or wife's phone.
3. Is there anywhere in the app or web interface of Deco to see what speed the wired back haul is connected at?

The 5Ghz of Deco BE85 supports 802.11be and it could use a non-contiguous 160+80 MHz bandwidth, which is what we call 240MHz.
However, it couldn't be edited or viewed anywhere on the Deco APP.
The mobile clients need to support 802.11be over 5GHz to use 240MHz.
Usually, it will be mentioned on the official website if 240mhz is not supported, and I have seen such a notification on the AU site:
