Hi, I can't get my router to do anything other than display this symbol. Using the reset button also does nothing. Does anyone know what the issue could be? I've tried reseating the battery several times.

If your Mobile Wi-Fi device fails to boot up, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Reset the MiFi device: Hold the reset hole for approximately 10 seconds.

2. Remove the battery, reinsert it, and attempt to turn on the device again.

3. For M7350, you could perform a firmware recovery. Please refer to this article for detailed instructions: Boot Loop or Boot Failure on M7350 V3/V4/V5/V6.2/V7/V8: Stuck on TP-Link Logo
