Model: TD-W9970
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.3.0 0.9.1 v00a1.0 Build 220616 Rel.70089n

Hi, If all devices including wired and wireless to the DSL modem router are suffering unstable connection, you may try the following troubleshooting

    1. Please confirm the DSL connection is stable on another DSL modem router.

    2. Remove the DSL Splitter.

    3. Unplug/Plug back the DSL cable into TP-Link DSL Modem router.

If the wired connection is stable, only the wireless connection drops, you may try to change the wireless channel and channel width:2.4GHz→20MHz+Channel 1/6/11; 5GHz→40Mhz+channel 36/48
