Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link community.
1. The speedtest was run via wired connection to the Archer BE800 router, right?
2. Please connect the same computer to your ISP modem directly and run the same speedtest for comparison
3. What is the upload speed you paid?
4. Who is your ISP please? and what is the model no. of your ISP modem?
5. Please make sure only one client device is connected to the router when you run the speedtest, also make sure QoS is disabled on the router.

Below is my answer:
1. Yes I am using Wired Connection with CAT-8 cable
2. Connect direct to my modem and got 956 Mbps download and 935 Mbps for upload
3. My internet package: 1Gbps
4. My ISP: Telekom Malaysia, Modem/Router model no: DLINK DPN-FX3060V
5. When connect to modem, I can get download and upload more than 900 Mbps event other devices are connected
