Model: Deco X95
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.4 Build 20231227 Rel. 63632

I have 2 deco X95. For 2 month ago one of them stopped working, and I got a new one from warranty.

They are connected via ethernet on backhaul. After changing this Deco I started to have poor wifi to oculus and other Wifi products. (Most noticeable on oculus)

But phones/computers on wifi often say, "Wifi but no internet" during a few seconds.

250/250 mbit fiber connected to Deco 1

Ethernet backhaul to Deco 2.

If I download a file on a computer connected to either Deco (30 mbit/h) the Oculus connected to Wifi gets rally laggy. With high ping spikes. This even occurs if the computer is conneced via Ethernet cable.

Under settings in Deco I have the oculus, High priority (Qos), only 5 ghz and only connected to the nearest Deco (tested both).

I have tested to change primary deco with no succes.

Fast roaming, activated

Beamforming Activated

OFDMA/MU-MIMO Activated

Other things I have noticed:
When opening Deco app it says Everything is OK but I see no Kbps up or down, takes about 30s before numbers comes up. Before it never took this time.

I live in a house with only one visible Wifi besides my own.
If i run Wifi optimazation in says perfect on 2,4 and 5hgz-1 and 5ghz-2

I don't know how to proceed...

@nezze What's the hardware version? It's written on the bottom.

Try disabling fast roaming & enabling beamforming and see if it works

@nezze That "EU/1.0" indicates the firmware region & hardware version, respectively.

So your hardware version is V1.

  @ImtiazAli

Thank you

Planning to try to get refund. Wifi gets more and more unstable. My Ipad looses connection at the same time as the oculus so the problem is not the oculus.
