I'm requesting some help guys.

I have an AX72 Pro as my main router and two RE450 as Wi-Fi extenders. Whenever I'm connected to one of the RE450 extended network (most of the time) neither my IP or MAC Adress are shown up on the client section of the Tether App or the Web Interface, so QOS can't work well as it seems the router can't prioritize traffic to my macbook.

It only shows devices strictly connected to the "original Wi-Fi" as well as the ethernet connected devices.

But if I use any Network Tool as Fing, then I can see both the devices connected to the amplifier and the devices connected to the router while I'm connected to the extended one.

Any thoughts?

@terziyski Thank you for your answer and your time.

The thing is that neither the real or the virtual mac address are shown on the clients list so I can't just use the virtual one to stablish QOS or parental control.

The clients shown are both RE450 a TV connected with ethernet to the router and an Apple TV. But not my computer or my phone as I'm using the extended Wi-Fi.

But whenever I move to that room and use the original Wi-Fi then my devices are shown on the list.

Have you enabled RE450 DHCP server ? If yes, then disable RE450 DHCP and check if this resolves the issue.

@terziyski Both RE450 with DHCP not activated, all IP's are given from the router (192.168.0.x). There you can see the difference between Fing and Tether App.

That's really interesting.

What are the FW version of your AX72 pro and your RE450. Upgrade them to the latest release and if this issue persists you can contact your local support for further troubleshooting.

@terziyski Thank you again for your answer.

I manually installed the latest firmware like 2-3 months ago for both RE450 V3 (RE450_V3_201210), and also the Archer (1.2.2 Build 20230831 rel.64410(4555)).

So I'll contact them!
