I recently bought a TP-Link MR100 router. It worked fine with a monthly Jio SIM plan, but it stopped working after I switched to a yearly plan. Put my sim in mobile it upgraded to 5g but thats not my problem it defect in company device and havent mention anywhere and the problem have been fixed with other models by giving a update why not mr100 ? And its working with airtel This is causing me problems and I've lost money because of it.
 
I've seen that other people have the same issue with this router model. I need either a full refund or a different model that works, like the MR6400. Your product information didn't say it wouldn't work with Jio, even though it works with Airtel.
 
If you can't give me a refund or a different model, please fix the MR100 with an update so it works with Jio SIMs. I'm traveling soon and need a working router.
 
If this isn't resolved quickly, I'll have to consider contacting consumer protection or taking legal action. I hope we can find a solution together.
