RE305 extender 2.4Ghz problem

hi, I cannot connect the RE305 internet extender to the existing 2.4Ghz WiFi network of the router. Only 5Ghz can be connected.

I'm using a MikroTik ac2 router and I've never had a problem with the 2.4Ghz signal, but now I can't connect extender to it.

Did firmware update of RE305, and also tried older firmware but without success.

Firmware Version: 1.0.23 Build 230418 Rel.60395n (6985)

Hardware Version: RE305 4.0

What I can do?
