Model: Deco X50-5G
Hardware Version: V20
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Hello,

I have been completely unable to maintain an internet connection via 5g SIM card (either in 5g or 4g) on the Drei.at network. I bought this router to improve speeds, but it only shows a solid red light and no internet. Upon reboot it connects to the network and supplies internet for 10 mins before dropping off. The wan IP goes to 0.0.0.0, I don't know if that is connected. I have tried all of the troubleshooting options on the internet (a manual profile, APN etc).

Please help. Thanks.

  @David-TP

Thanks for sending, I installed it and unfortunately no change.

I also tried the router with my phone SIM card and it worked perfectly. The weird thing is that both cards use the same network (3 5g), although they are different companies (3 mobile Vs spusu).

I have looked up more solutions and I would need to edit some of the router settings, however this is limited because of the app interface.

I have also raised a call with the technicians, but they seem to have a backlog.

Any advice you have would be appreciated.
