Wifi became disconnected! How it's possible? To enable WiFi I had had to connect to router and make WiFi working

Do you mean WiFi can be disabled automatically and no any WiFi signal?

Please confirm if you enabled wireless schedule to turn off WiFi during specific time range, and after you log in the router via Ethernet connection, please share with us screenshot of the WiFi Settings and also system log file.
