I'd like to use the device with a different account. I keep getting a message that the device is linked to another ID even after a factory reset. Is there any way I can de-link from my original account and link it to another ID?

Here's how to change your TP-Link ID informtion.

If you forgot your ooriginal TP-Link ID credentials you may refer to this post.
