Minecraft port forwarding not working
Hey all,
I've been trying to set up port forwarding for a minecraft server i want to run with friends. People internally can connect no problem but external people can't.
This is how I've set up my port forward, and I've even set up an address reservation for the internal IP
Using https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ i know that the port is closed and ive even tried briefly turning off my my fire wall to see if that was the issue.
I am truly at a loss of what to do next, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi, please check Internet IPv4 address on Advanced->Status->Internet part of its web interface to see if it is a public IP address or not, if not, it means you are behind the ISP CGNAT, that is why port forwarding doesn't work, you will need to contact your ISP to see if they could assign you a public IP address.

@Sunshine Thank you for your reply,
I've had a look where you directed and it says;
WAN Interface Name: LTE
MAC Address: **:**:**:**:**:**
IP Address: 10.***.***.*
Primary DNS: ***.***.***.***
Secondary DNS: ***.***.***.***
Am i looking at where is says LTE or the IP Address?
Sorry, I only have a VERY basic understanding of this stuff.
Thank you for the help

Hi, it is the IP address, 10.x.x.x is a private IP address, which means you are behind your ISP CGNAT, please contact your ISP to check if it is possible to assign you a public IP address.

@user2095 Same issue happened to me. Now, I solved this issue. Now I can easily play minecraft without any internet problem and use all the tools and servers related. I used to play minecraft and tools like pixel circle generator at a time and my internet perform very well.
