Archer mr600 4G modem does not restart after power cut.
it died on me, and I put it on a timer to cut power every 24 hours for a restart. It works for a while, then all of a sudden it doesn't restart. Once it came back online aftery a general power outage (?).
it is located 600 km from where I live and supposedly manages and watches that property...
any ideas?

By timer, do you mean the reboot schedule function on MR600 itself? or there is indeed a power cut in the area?
Did you or someone there confirm the MR600 is off, or it is on but internet stops working?

Hi, I have an external timer, did not know there is a reboot schedule.
When it came back online once, there was an external powercut.
I dont know if the modem shuts down or the internet connection... Can earliest check late February.
Thank you! Will try to get someone to look at the modem earlier.

Hi, I managed to check. It is only the internet connection that goes down, not the modem. It is online now, and I have removed the manual timer attached to it that broke power every 24 hours for 30 minutes (to reboot) . It has the latest firmware. I cant find any reboot schedule that I can use. (I installed the scheduled power cut reboot to prevent it from going down)
Any suggestions for what I can do to prevent it to go donw again?

Hi, there might be different factors that cause LTE disconnection, maybe ISP base station as well, you could refer to this thread for troubleshooting: LTE keeps disconnecting
