I have two NAS connected on the same network. One backs up its snapshots to the other (Snapshot replication for people that know QNAP) through a powerline adpater (one connected to the ADSL Modem, the other the NAS)

The backup job works fine over TL-PA8010P but using a PG2400P network, the backup fails after about 6 - 8 minutes. I can change the powerline adapters back to TL-PA8010P and the backup works fine without changing a single thing on either of the NAS. Change to the PG2400P and the backup fails.

Ive had QNAP look at the problem and they are saying that its something to do with the powerline adapters.

I think the backup is using RTTP and SSH. Do the PG2400P have issues with these protocols.
