I purchased this product online from the Tp-Link Official Store in the Philippines.
 

While attempting to upgrade the modem, I encountered an error after selecting the ".bin" file:
 

"Error Code: 71211 Uploading the updated file failed. Please select the correct file."
 

I have downloaded all the files provided at the following URL: https://www.tp-link.com/ph/support/download/archer-mr600/#Firmware
 

Additionally, I attempted a modem reset, but it was unsuccessful. Could you please provide guidance on resolving this issue?

Hi, it seems that your current firmware is newer than the firmware available on the official website: Archer MR600(EU)_V3_220307, thus there is no need to install it, which is actually a downgrade instead upgrade.

 

May I know if there is any internet issue with your MR600 V3?

Yes, my old modem getting 50mbps+ while this MR600 only get 300kbps to 5mbps. so I thought I need to upgrade my Firmware. how about my ISP? here is my current ISP Version: 22062901
