Please make sure your Archer C6 V4 working on wireless router mode, if the issue still happens, let us know your network topology please.

 

In addition, what is the WAN connection type you configured on the C6 router? and is there WAN IP address on the router?

Some devices might have limitations or compatibility issues with certain WiFi settings. Check the documentation for your devices to ensure they are compatible with the WiFi standard (e.g., 802.11ac) used by your router.
