Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.2 Build 20230627 rel.39033(5553)

The internet disconnects randomly and this happens everyday one time. When it happens the Internte light on the Router turns to orange and at that time I am not able to login to the router using 192.168.0.1. It will show error in loading. After that I will turn off the router and turn on it will take some time and then it will start to work. Checked the ISP and there is no issues or drops on their side. Checked the internet on this issue and there was multiple instance of this happening. Need help

  @Giftson I have the exact same problem as you do. With the AX5400. It started after I upgraded to 500mb service from 50mb on Frontier 2 days ago.  Mostly in the morning and same orange LED light (WAN light) on the unit. My PC is direct wired so will also see the indicator on my desk top indicating no WAN available. The error listed in my log file is INFO 1158 Start to run WAN1_on. Happens multiple times in the morning and occasionally in the evening.

  @Giftson

Hi, since you are unable to login the router web interface when the issue happens, did you check the log after restarting the router?

Actually the previous logs will be cleared after the router restarting.

Besides, @Giftson @KPTX when the issue happens on the router, please connect a computer directly to your ISP modem to see if internet still works fine from the modem.

If so, please refer to this thread for troubleshooting on the router: What if TP-Link Router Disconnects from Internet?

  @Sunshine I have checked with the ISP and there is no problem from their end. I am using ACT as ISP from India. I have the internet connected towards a switch and then have it connected to the AX3000. Even as per your arguement if there is an ISP issue why should the router go down and showing a error page on the local connect 192.168.0.1 when the light turns orange. I also have a TP Link reapeater working as a router which is connected to the switch working fine always.\

Please have some engineer check this issue out. I could see a lot of these issue on the AX3000 series out there and all the answers lead to check ISP where this is not an ISP issue. It is a router issue and all other routers connected are working fine.
