Cannot have a stable connection of my MR600 as WAN input of my broadband router TL-R470T+

Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: ‪1.7.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220826 Rel.58057n

I tried first with DHCP and then static IP (out of the DHCP range), same result: After a certain time (? a few seconds to several hours) the TL-R470T+ is disconnected from the MR600. The devices use different IP address ranges: 192.168.1.x for TL-R470T+ and 192.168.0.x for the MR600.

I didn't find relevant entry in the system log of both devices. I don't understand. I suspect an issue with the MR600 because I have the same kind of static IP configuration with another WAN connected to a Zyxel ADSL modem and it works perfectly.

On TL-R470T+ side, the MR600 is used as fail-over WAN and load-balancing is enabled.

I have upgraded the MR600 with the latest firmware: Same issue.

Any idea to help to solve this issue is more than welcome

Thanks

  @CoaBoa

Hi, is your MR600 working as 3G/4G Router mode with SIM card inserted?

When the TL-R470T+ disconnected from MR600, please try connecting a client device to the MR600 via LAN or WiFi to see if MR600 still works or not, if not, you could login the web interface of the MR600 to check the internet status.

In addition, when the TL-R470T+ disconnected from the MR600, is the physical connection still up? if there is only one LAN port connection on the MR600, you could check the LAN LED on the MR600 to see if it is still light up. If not, please try a different LAN port or a different Ethernet cable.

>>> is your MR600 working as 3G/4G Router mode with SIM card inserted?

Yes, off course

>>> When the TL-R470T+ disconnected from MR600, please try connecting a client device to the MR600 via LAN or WiFi to see if MR600 still works or not.

Yes it works: It's just the static or DHCHP connection between the MR600 and the TL-R470T+ that is lost.

>>> In addition, when the TL-R470T+ disconnected from the MR600, is the physical connection still up? if there is only one LAN port connection on the MR600, you could check the LAN LED on the MR600 to see if it is still light up. I don't know: I will check.

Thanks
