I have a 10GBit/s internet connection to my home. I would like to use more than 1GBit/s (at least 2.5 or 5GBit/s). Would it be possible to add support for external USB 3.0 network cards to the FW? Is the CPU powerful enough for that? USB 3.0 should not be a problem. Alternatively, at least setup one LAN port as a second WAN port for bonding capability (currently wiring up two LAN ports to double the speed works, so just transfer that functionality to the WAN).

Hi, currently Link Aggregation for WAN ports is not supported, and I am afraid adding external USB 3.0 network cards to the FW is not possible either.

Since your internet connection is 10Gbps, it is recommended to purchase a new router with 10Gbps WAN and LAN ports, such as the new WiFi 7 Router Archer BE800 etc.:
