Hi, satellite router doesnt have guest network at this moment, we have reported it to the development team to evaluate it, please wait for any new firmware update.

I just setup an EasyMesh network (with this beta firmware) using a AX55 as the main and an AX10 as a satellite. Firmware updates, EasyMesh setup, and Ethernet backhaul testing all went smoothly, but this is the biggest feature I'm missing as my satellite router is in the part of my house where I most need the guest network.

Hi all!
I updated AX55 to the latest update (Archer_AX55_V1_1.2.6 Build_20231130). After that, A64 doesn't recognize AX55 as main router. Now I can't even use easymesh, let alone erthernet backhaul. I have tried resetting the device, but no luck.

Hello,
Is there a beta firmware for AX55 Pro? If not, will it be? My father needs Ethernet backhaul due to the thick walls that effectively suppress WiFi between the AX10 and AX55Pro. Sorry for the poor language - I use Google translator.
Regards :)

With the AX55 operating as an EasyMesh satellite router, the following firmware bugs are noted when using firmware 1.2.6 Build 20231130 rel. 74059:
1. The user is unable to access the web interface with HTTPS, receiving the message “Local Management via HTTPS is disabled. Please access the device via HTTP.” Under System, Administration, there is no option to enable this as in the main router.
2. Under System, USB Storage Device, Access Method, the user is unable to disable either option, receiving the message “Operation failed”.
3. Under System, USB Storage Device, Access Method, the user is unable to edit and save the server name, receiving the message “Operation failed”.
4. Even with Device Isolation enabled in the main router, any device connected to the satellite router can still communicate with any other device connected to the satellite router, isolated or not.
5. The user is unable to set a static IP address in the satellite router.
No other issues, such as dropping connections, reboots, etc., have been noted thus far. Some of the new features (such as the DNS options, Eco Mode, etc) were not tested.

there is some backup issue after upgrade to new beta firmware. To set up static ip for satelitte router, you need first remove and add it again on DHCP on main router, and after restart and should work.

There is a difference between a static IP and a reserved IP. Only a reserved IP works in the satellite router and it must be within the range of the main router's DHCP server. I need to assign a static IP that is outside of the DHCP range.
