Hello.

 

I manage three individual Deco X50 installations for family members. They are all 3 node installations, and the hardware versions are the same. Firmware updates have always worked well.

 

I recently checked the app and it said there was a firmware update available for all installations... Version 1.3.1 Build 20230824 Rel. 74320. I updated two of the installations to the latest version without a problem. However the last one insists that it's up to date on version 1.2.7 and there's no other updates to apply. I've tried rebooting all 3 nodes, but for some reason it thinks it is up to date, even though there are notifications in the app for this unit that an update is available.

 

Can anyone advise how I can get this installation to update to 1.3.1?
