I have a TL-WA860RE, After the first setup was successful and when other people wanted to connect to my network, they couldn't and a message like this appeared: "you may be connected to a guest network, limited by parental control or your network may be unstable" on Tether App, maybe it's blocked by a firewall, is there a port that can be allowed at firewall for the wifi extender?

Here's a video on how to setup your RE. There's no need to open ports on a firewall since you install the RE in your LAN and you would connect to the RE from your LAN.
