DDNS tplinkdns is not working
Dear Support,
A few days ago i recognized that i am not able to acces my home servers that are using port forwarding from the outside.
Turned out my tplinkdns.com is faulty. When i change to NOIP or dyndns i can access everything.
Please advise,
Thanks,
István

Hi, would it help if you restart the main Deco X20 once to see whether it helped?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi David, Thanks for the suggestion. I tried restarting with no luck. But meanwhile i discovered from now on i have a CGNAT address. I think that explains it now. Could we do something with CGNAT? Thanks, István

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. It's good to know you have located the root cause. I thought CGNAT would affect all the DDNS services, not just TP-link DDNS.
Did the LAN server support IPV6? If both the internet service provider and the LAN server support IPV6, you might consider adding IPV6 firewalls to allow the specific LAN device to be accessible from outside.
Best regards.
