Firmware Version: 1.13.0 Build 230516 Rel.36534n(4555)

But when installing an older frame or a version of the "open wrt"  firmware, it displays this error:
 

Failed to update the firmware. Please check the configuration file and try again.

The firmware might not allow downgrade, and your firmware seems not to be the latest 1.13.1 firmware, but if there is any issue, you could check this thread as well:
