I'm currently using the AX23 as my main router. Is there a way to add my old C6 V2 (EU) as a satellite router via Easymesh/Onemesh? I updated both of their firmware to the latest version.

C6 V2 doesn't support EasyMesh, only support OneMesh, but OneMesh doesn't support router router networking, it is recommended to use C6 V2 as main router, then use AX23 as satellite router, other users use OneMesh router as main router and EasyMesh router as satellite via wireless backhaul successfully, refer to this reply for the steps:
