Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201110 Rel.63182n

Hello everyone! I want to upgrade the firmware for my MR6400 EU v5, but I got this error. Unzip the archive, upload the bin file, but this error is present. I can not upgrade from 1.0.0 0.9.1 to 1.3.0.0.9.1. I tried even the second firmware (1.1.0.0.9.1), but the error persists. Can you help me?

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.

Upon checking, your current firmware 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201110 Rel.63182n is for TL-MR6400(RO) V5, thus it will not be able to update other EU version firmware.

May I know if there is any issue with your current device?

Hello! Thank you for reply! I just want to change manually the sim band in the router settings, but I don't have that function, at least with my actual firmware. So I want to upgrade it, but it can not. I wanted to see if I can improve the speed. On my phone the speed is 2x bigger at least, so maybe changing the band manually could improve that. Is there a firmware compatible with RO? It is strange that it's not working with the EU firmware.
