Speed fluctuates on 2.4GHz on mobile devices but works fine on Laptop/Desktop.
I have 100mbps plan, on mobile devices I get only around 30mbps but on Laptop I get more than 90mbps speed.
I have tried with other routers and speed remains constant on both mobile devices and Laptop/Desktop.
When using Archer C6, is your laptop/desktop connected to 2.4G WiFi as well? If so, since the laptop/desktop speed is normal, the 2.4G WiFi of the Archer C6 speed is normal.
Regarding the issue between your mobile phone and the Archer C6 2.4G WiFi, please check the wireless link speed on the mobile phone:

Then please try to change the 2.4G WiFi channel and channel width on Advanced->Wireless->Wireless Settings page of the C6 router to see if it helps.
