Hello, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.
We don't have specific information about whether or when the Archer AX6000 will support EasyMesh function, it is recommended to pay attention to any new firmware release for this model and also the EasyMesh compatibility list:

I'm asking because the ax6000 was removed from the list yesterday of planned routers to support easymesh including a lot of other products.
so now I'm worried that to-link is backing down on the easymesh commitment towards the community.

Hi, we've double checked with product team, and they will re-evaluate the EasyMesh compatibility list, and it is recommended to pay attention to the WebGUI of the router for any new firmware update and also the Easymesh compatibility list.

Thnx for reaching out to the product team and confirming that it's still in progress. Do know the ETA of the new firmware for AX6000?

I join the question. The more that changes in the list of routers supporting EasyMesh caused us concern. According to the information provided on the TP-Link website, EasyMesh for AX6000 was to be implemented by the end of the second quarter. And at this point, we don't know if there will be, and if so, when.

Some of my observations:
1. There is no EasyMesh.
2. For the Samba server, it is still not possible to add additional users and specify access rights to directories. Two default users: admin and visit are not enough. In addition, they have access to the entire disk resource. That's not the point.
3. Removed the Traffic Monitor feature - no comment.
4. For known devices, there are still too often cases when devices connected to the router fall into the list of unknown devices.
5. In the Tether application, messages about connecting a new device come in the form of push notifications. And this message should appear in the window symbolized by an envelope icon next to the device name. Unfortunately, nothing falls into the list of notifications.
Generally, if I expected such support and development for this router, I would not buy it. Unfortunately.

@Jacek71 Hmm Q2-2023 is almost a full quarter ago. We are closing down Q3 by the end of this month, so that development plan of delivering the easymesh support by end of second qurter has been overshot by a full quarter by now :)

@Sunshine Can you confirm the exsistens of a Beta/Alpha firmware with easymesh support for AX6000? The reason for me asking is to know how far away we are from a future firmware releas for the AX6000 and if we don't have anny active development on this subject, then I would just sell of my AX6000 rounter and find another solution then setting up my expectations to high.

@Sunshine Today I installed the firmware 1.3.2 Build (20230906) and it did not add Easymesh support, but it did add a more snappy new UI/GUI that works where well and have some nice overall felling to it, so a steep in the right direction of modernization of this product. Now we just need new features/functions to complete the cycle :)
BTW did you have a chance to investigate if the development team did have a Alpha/Beta version of a firmware with the Easymesh feature added to the AX6000 router?
