Can I upgrade Archer c7 v2.0 firmware to v5.0 firmware?

Unfortunately no you cannot upgrade to a v5 firmware
The versions of hardware are to reflect physically different chipset and parts used, the newer v5 hardware would have a totally different chipset/board from your v2 and therefore requires a different firmware. Sadly they are not universally interchangeable.
