Model: Archer C7
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 3.15.1 Build 160616 Rel.44182n

I recently bought a new C7 (V5.0) and tried to set up the one mesh network. So i have one V2.0 and one V5.0, and it seems like I would need 2 V5.0's to make this work. Anyone know of a workaround to use the V2 in the onemesh network?

Thank you

@Aryaye

The Archer C7 V2 does not support Onemesh, it cannot build up the mesh network with C7 V5 together. And the C7 V5 does not support Onemesh in AP mode.

For your information, at least a wireless router and a network expansion device, like range extender are needed to create the One mesh network. Both of them need support Onemesh.

Cause you have the C7 V5 already, you can purchase a range extender, like RE300.
