Jio Sim Not Working on tp Link Mr6400 V5
Hi Tp Link India Jio Sim Not working
I also set my Jio sim APN many times but
I was unable to connect to the internet, the router status shows that the internet connected,
But it does not work, please give some help in this, update was given only for v5.2,
there is no solution for v5 This is my new router.
I don't have any other good network other than Jio.

Hi, please double-check the hardware version on the product label to confirm if it is V5.0, V5.20 or V5.30.
As you can see on this post: India Jio SIM stops working on TP-Link LTE Gateway Routers after upgrading to 5G,there is no beta firmware for MR6400 V5.0 yet, we are still waiting the beta firmware for more models from senior engineers, once it is available, we will update it on the post.

i checked Its V5.0, i have 2 mr6400 routers both ar same

when will the problem be solved as lastpost band selection problem for 5.0 harware in official firmware was not rectified after confirming the beta firmware worked properly last 1 1/2 year back and now the problem with jio sim network not detected and not connecting to internet there is no proper solution from the TP-Link India from last 2 months, its very much worst customer support better we dont by any product of TP-link if no support, has a network hardware infulencer i will be recomending people with other brand equipments hence forth so that they will not face such issues after buying the equimpents for not having support from the company for issues in product after sales.

@Sunshine Please provide new software version as soon as possible. Jio 5G sim is not working in old version 5.0 of Tp link MR6400. It is unfortunate for a respectable company that its customers are upset. I had version 5.20 but it not work within a year, which I sent to your main service center in Mumbai for replacement, but they gave me the old version Mr 6400 V5.0 in replacement. Since then I am worried, it does not even have the facility of band lock, Vi India's band41 is also not supported and now Jio 5G SIM is also not working.

any update on the firmware as our modems now usless due to unable to connect to internet because of the issue other manufactures rectify the issue as soon as possible when customers are complainting regarding it in community but TP Link is not concerned about it, its alredy 3 months we have no solution for the issue its the worst support i have come through
