Wifi over Ethernet
I have this kit, which connects the router (Room 1) to my desktop (Room 2) and Smart TV (Room 3)
I now have another Smart TV (JVC) in Room 4 and the inbuilt WiFi connection is intermittent at best.
The new TV is plugged into the only available socket.
What is the best solution for boosting the signal from the router (either wirelessly or via the Ethernet?
Thanks

You could choose an additional powerline extender and plug it into Room 4 to provide wired or wireless network for the Smart TV.
If there is only one Power Socket in Room 4, you need to choose a model with passthrough, which allows connecting an electrical appliance to the powerline extender passthrough socket such as TL-WPA8630P.

I couldn't find this posdt originally so I've raised another query in the forum
I've installed a WPA8630P as recommended, paired it and logged the tv onto it without problems,
However, I've now lost the ethernet connectio to the original Smart TV and my desktop and can't get them back even after removing the new adaptor
Any thoughts on what I've done wrong?
Thanks

Hi, it is recommended to check powerline LED on the previous extender to see if all of the powerline units are still paired with each other, if previous extender has been unpaired for some reason, you could also pair it again with the main adapter which is connected to your router, then check internet access again.
