Archer AX73_V2_1.0.8 Build 20230616
Issue Description:
After updating the firmware of your Archer AX73 router to the latest version, 1.0.8 Build 20230616, a few users have reported an issue with Link Aggregation no longer functioning properly, including both LACP and static LAG. This issue is typically characterized by the client device failing to acquire a valid IP address after the Link Aggregation setting has been configured.
Available Solutions:
We have identified the issue reported earlier, the solution will be included in our upcoming official release.
In the meantime, we recommend installing the beta firmware version below to solve the Link Aggregation issue:
Archer AX73_V2_1.0.11_20230926
Note:
1) Before proceeding with the installation, please take a moment to read and understand our Beta Firmware Agreement.
2) This beta version is compatible with both the EU and US versions of the Archer AX73 router.
If you have any further issue after installing the beta firmware, feel free to let us know. We're here to help!

@LordBeerus And I can't understand why!!! I mean, they don't have a QA? Any Software Engineer to review the Beta branch and then merge the fix to the latest build? How come? LOL

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
We have reported the issue of new firmware to senior engineer and also R&D team, they are checking it now and I will keep you informed once there is any update.
I do agree with you that new firmware should always include previous known issue fix, which is also what we did before. Unfortunately, this new firmware seems not to include previous link aggregation issue fix, if you need to use the link aggregation feature, it is recommended to use the beta firmware for now.

very good that you sent a message related to the last update,it shouldn't take long to come with an update, because it's already fixed in the beta patch

I have downgraded to the beta version (1.0.8 Build 20230722 rel.52100(4555)) from the version 1.0.11 Build 20230829 rel.37304(4555).
Unfortunately the downgrade is causing another issue: internet connection becomes disabled on the Wi-Fi devices, only available through LAN. Not having internet is a bigger problem than not having Static Link Aggregation, so I updated back to the version 1.0.11...
So the situation is:
* Beta is not working anymore, if you upgraded to v1.0.11
* Until the next fix, I do not have Static LAG...
Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I am a really unhappy customer now.
Thank you,
BalatonL

@BalatonL Wow, that's weird. In my hardware version (the one sold in Brazil) I was able to downgrade to the beta version and still have the both the link aggregation feature and internet on the wireless devices.
The thing was: I did the restore and then did a reset using back button. Then restored a backup file and everything is working now. Try that.

Thank you very much for the feedback. I have forwarded your feedback to senior engineer again, if the issue is confirmed, we will try to ask for a new beta firmware based on the latest 1.0.11 firmware.
