ADVICE: WPA-8631 + PA8030 or WPA-8631 + PA8010
Hello everyone,
I'm quite new to WI-FI "extender/repeater".
I have a 160 square meters apartment and I have a couple of "blackout spots" because of his "Tetris conception". We call it the Tetris flat, because the way it's divided up is unorthodox and reminiscent of Tetris blocks. Anyway, to make a long story short, it's big, has lots of walls and has been built around 2 large rectangular gaps in the structure of the building that serve as "skylights" (so even more walls).
A friend of mine warmly recommended TP-Link products.
So, after a bit of research over the retailers in my area, I'm thinking of buying a WPA-8631P. I've discovered that some vendors offer "kits" based on this model.
Some offer TL-PA8010P in addition to the 863, while others offer TL-PA8030P.
However, apart from the difference in the number of ports, I don't really see what distinguishes the 2 devices in terms of connectivity and performance.
So, between the 8010 and the 8030, is one "superior" to the other? Does one offer "better performance" or "better connectivity" with the WPA-8631P?
Many thanks for your feedbacks and advices.
Best,
