Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.
The issue here mainly referred to the poor Ethernet link speed which has been fixed by the official firmware.
For your case, I have seen a similar one and it is more like a hardware issue.
You could refer to the suggestions here:

If the issue continues, it is suggested to contact the local warranty office to request warranty service.
Best regards.

Hello,
I still have problem with my DECO XE75 Pro v1.0. It is dropping down the speed of internet throught wired connection to 100Mb. The cable from ISP is in the 2.5GB port and the computer is connected to 1Gb port. When I am near the main DECO (I have 3 of them ), the wireless connection is between 400-500 Mb, but wired is 93-97 Mb. (When I put the cable from ISP directly to the PC, the speed is about 600-700 Mb) The wireless connection from other two DECOs is also down to 90-95 Mb. (DECOs are connected together using wired connection) I am currently running at firmware 1.2.5 Build 20231226 rel. 75366
Could you help me, .. someway :)
Thanks, Marian

I am having similar issues after updating ISP plan from 100/20 to 1000/40
The steps i followed
100/20
Tested before reboot. no change
Tested after reboot of router. No change
All testing on these steps the same speeds.
Changed the port connection on the router and got a spike in the speed. 800/20
Follow up testing it dropped back down to 100/20
Changed Cables isp to router and got a spike in the speed. 700/20
In the DECO App found QoS settings found a device with 100/20. Disabled QoS [What a pain to have the QoS disabled and saved. Did lots of reboots and swtiching to accesspoint and back to wifi router]
Testing past 30mins seems stable around now getting 950/40 on ethernet and wifi
