Network with Deco E4 and M5
Hello all,
I purchased a 3x set of Deco E4s some months ago. Since then I upgraded my internet plan to 250mbps, which I am not able to take advantage of due to the E4's LAN port limitation of 100mbps. Will using a single M5 as the main router and then the E4s as satellites work to overcome this issue? Is there another alternative that anyone can recommend? Looking at spending as little as possible to get the desired result.
I know there was a similar thread on here a while back but didn't see any definite answers.
Cheers.

Yes, this is going to work. With Main Deco M5, expect up to 500Mbps speed on Main Deco and up to 200-250Mbps speed on Satellite Deco. Your Internet speed is 250Mbps, meaning you will definitely see an improvement and also in the future you can upgrade your Internet speed up to 500Mbps without need to replace Deco mesh with faster hardware.
Another option is to go with Deco M4R as Main Deco. They are not sold in single units, but in Canada where I live, on Amazon a two-unit set of M4R is currently on sale for practically the same price as single M5. If you can find a deal for a two-unit set M4R like I see now, I would recommend going with M4R instead.
