Hello,

I need a Wifi Access point. But I need one that can either :

 

- connect to another Wifi access point to obtain internet connectivity

 

- connect to LTE when the "another Wifi access point" is unavailable

 

I don't need the two features are the same time. But I need to be covered with LTE in case connecting to the "Other wifi" doesn't work over time.

 

Do you have such a model ?

Hi, for the first case "connect to another wifi access point to obtain internet", you mean connect wirelessly or connect via Ethernet cable?

If you mean Ethernet connection, our regular 3G/4G routers such as Archer MR600 or TL-MR6400 will be able to do that(Use wireless router mode with 3G/4G backup enabled).

  @Sunshine   I would like to connect wirelessly to another accesspoint. Is that possible ?

I am afraid not, the Archer MR600 etc. only supports wireless router mode or 3G/4G Router mode, it doesn't support extender mode or WDS bridging mode.
