TL-MR3420 and the modem Huawei E3372
Hello everyone, the TPLINK MR3420 equipment once fully started and then connecting a Huawei E3372 modem works correctly, the problem is when there is a power cut or if the equipment is restarted it no longer initiates the connection through the modem, that is, it indicates how that the modem is disconnected, after manually disconnecting and connecting it detects it again.

Hi, thank you very much for posting on TP-Link Community.
May I know the specific model number of your Huawei E3372 USB modem? as far as we know, there are multiple similar models for E3372, such as E3372h-320, E3372h-607 etc..
In addition, if you plug the USB modem into your computer directly, will it work properly? and how about restarting the computer without unplugging and plugging USB modem again?

@Sunshine Good morning, I add information about the modem. On the pc there is no problem, only on the router MR-3420 v5.

Hi, we've reported the issue to our senior engineer and will try to work out a beta firmware to solve the issue, once it is available, I will share it with you for testing.
By the way, the specific model of the E3372 modem is usually on the device label, please open a back cover and check if you could find a more specific model on the label inside.
