Model: General Product
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

When updating the firmware (Archer MR600), there was a power outage and then the router does not turn on and cannot be seen through the LAN port.  At the same time, when the power is turned on, all the indicators light up, then they go out, the power indicator lights up for a few seconds, and then it starts flashing quickly... How can I restore the device?

Hi, MR600 doesn't support firmware recovery, it looks like the device has been bricked due to the power outage during the firmware update.

If factory reset doesn't help either, I am afraid you will need to contact the retailer to see if it is covered by the warranty or purchase a new one.
