Tether setup refusing to connect

Since 2 day ago i detected some strange behaviour on my network, tried to access the setup on Tether app, no success. Tried the also without success. Tried adding as new system, tried a factory reset and it still can't connect.

What's the error message when trying to log into the device on your Tether App?
