blank Reports, Deco x50

i use my Deco x50 as a WLAN-Router and all reports are blank.

Hi, Have you run a Network Security Scan or Network optimization in the last week or month?
And have you set up any parental control profiles on the Deco X50?

Hello,
i have not set up a parent control profile. my last scan is a long time ago.
now i scan my network and it found 1 risk, --> portforwarding ist active
delete and reinstall the app didn't do anything

Hi, I think the missing configuration of parental control might be the problem.
There are two parts of Reports, Network, and Parental Control and both of them generate data on the basis of the Parental Control profile.
