Modem not recognize E4 units
Hello! We have a new set of 3 E4 units, and we're having trouble getting the modems to recognize the devices. We have two internet connections with two modems, and neither of them detects our equipment. We have used cables that we've verified are functional, and we've tested with two of the devices, but still, they aren't recognized. When I try to set up the new network, the light turns red, and we cannot proceed.
Maybe it's something related to modem compatibility?
