I have 3 M4 decos (V.2 Build 1.6.5) and 2 E4 decos, the 3 M4 decos is connected via wifi and getting a speed of 200mb/s plus, but when I add the E4 units then they are getting max 40mb/s on wifi and about 95mb/s on lan.

I have moved the E4 units all over the house and the wifi speed on them is still very slow compared to the 3 M4 units.

Furthermore on the M4 units you can't choose to which satellite you can connect to but with the E4 you can choose but that does not change the slow speed I am getting on the E4 units.
