Hi, my range extender it's bugged, I can't edit extended networks (disable and change SSID), and the SSID automatically use the original network SSID so my devices are not connecting to the range extender. Thanks you so much I hope you can help me fix this.

Hi, it is actually okay to use the same SSID as the router, if you would like to use different SSIDs on the extender, please connect to the extender first via its current SSID, then please open Tether App and login the extender, go to Tools->Extended Network part to change the Extended network name.

  @Sunshine Thanks for the answer, the problem is that I can't change it, when im applying the change the range extender reboots to have the same name. The extended networks settings doesn't apply.

Hi, may I have some screenshots or short video to show where you tried to change the extended network name? please do make sure you have saved the settings after changing the name.

  @Sunshine Hi, of course, in the attached picture there is the link of the screen record. I couldn't send the file here. On the video, the range extender was just factory resetted and I record all the process.
