I've been trying to change my 2.4hz wireless channel but it's gray and locked in channel 10. I already tried to disable OneMesh and SmartConnect, but it didn't solve. 5hz wireless is fine.

Have you tried to reset the router to its factory defaults and configure from scratch. Usually resetting solves problems of this type:

When the router is powered on " Press and hold reset button for more than 2 seconds to reset the router to its factory default settings. "

Make some notes aside for the current configuration: WAN settings, LAN settings, DHCP settings, Wi-Fi settings, etc. to restore these quickly after the reset procedure.
