i have tried everything, ive tried reseting and trubleshooting it, moving the extender closer and trying the wps, i made sure the power was on, i have tried everything and i need help

Hi, the issue started after updating the latest firmware on the RE700X, right? and is your RE700X v1?

If the signal LED, 2.4G and 5G LEDs are on but no internet access, please refer to the solution mentioned in this thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/589648
